If You Are Working On Something....
1. “If You Are Working On Something That You Really Care About, You Don’t Have To Be Pushed. The Vision Pulls You.” – Steve Jobs
Steve Jobs truly captured some of the wisdom of life in this statement. Do that which you are passionate about and your work will feel effortless.

I believe this is one of the best quotes to live by because it reminds me to think without limits and never doubt my wildest thoughts.

There are no traffic jams....

1. “There are no traffic jams along the extra mile.” ~Roger Staubach |Tweet this.
Not many people go the extra mile, which makes it easy for the rest of us to get to where we want to go. They say it’s lonely at the top, and this is because few people ever make it that far. Going the extra mile is part of that process, and it’s a habit you can start getting into right away if it’s not currently a part of your makeup. Try it out on a small scale in your personal relationships, or at your current job. As you make it a habit you’ll notice more and more opportunities to go above and beyond, and you’ll be able to accomplish more and more.
What you do speaks so loudly....

1. “What you do speaks so loudly that I cannot hear what you say.” ~Ralph Waldo Emerson | Tweet this
Here’s a take on the “Actions speak louder than words. adage. It’s true that words can often be contradicted by the actions we take. This may be because words are easy to spew out, but you can only perform so many actions in a day. Actions must be more thought out and are a more accurate measure of what you really intend to do. Make sure to choose your actions wisely, as others will come to their conclusions about you based on what you do rather than what you say. Many times there is a big discrepancy between what is said and what is done, which is why what you do matters more.

6 Reasons Your Business Won't Make You Rich.
There are many reasons to enter the world of entrepreneurship, but the one that seems to draw the most newcomers is the prospect of "getting rich."
Some studies illustrate how entrepreneurs, over the course of their careers, tend to live happier lives and make more money doing so. And occasional stories of breakout entrepreneurs selling their businesses for millions of dollars naturally pique everyone’s interest.
No wonder why so many people strive to own their own businesses for a shot at that big bank account. But it’s unlikely that merely owning a business is going to earn youth riches you seek. Here’s why:
1. Most businesses fail.
It’s hard to come up with good business ideas, and as various sources have attested, 90 percent of startups fail. Not only do you need to come up with an idea that’s original, appealing and potentially profitable, you also have to get the timing right.
And coming up with an idea is only the first part of the formula: You also have to ensure that you execute your idea flawlessly, and are willing to change it as circumstances evolve over time. For these reasons, there's little surprise from the fact that the majority of businesses fail.
Even if you have near-absolute confidence in your own ideas and abilities as an entrepreneur, you're not likely to be exempt from the possibility that you'll be one of the victims of that scary statistic.
2. Get-rich-quick stories are rare and often exaggerated.
There's something else at play here in those entrepreneurial “rock stars” who skyrocket to success: Media outlets like to play up those stories. That's how these entrepreneurs become the poster children for business ownership, and lull many inexperienced entrepreneurs into thinking that overnight successes and instant riches are not just possible, but likely.
In most cases, though, these stories are either greatly exaggerated or rare. The truth is, it takes years of effort and the ability to work past multiple failures for most people to get to the "millionaire" point. If you aren’t willing to accept these common obstacles and move past them, you’ll never get to that point.
3. Running a business is expensive.
Don’t forget, too, that running a business is more than just collecting revenue: You also have to pay for everything that happens behind the scenes, including many unforeseen expenses.
You’ll be paying for raw materials, human labor, utility costs, rent, equipment costs and -- don’t forget -- often-overlooked expenses like taxes, insurance and legal fees. Even if you can produce something that itself is profitable, there'll be hundreds of expenses you’ll need to work into your final equations.
Many novice entrepreneurs underestimate how expensive it really is to run a business, and end up selling themselves short.
4. There are always unseen variables.
No matter how carefully you make your decisions or plan the course of your business, there are always unseen and unpredictable variables affecting how your business plays out. A new competitor might come out of nowhere to threaten you. A new technology might transform the way people think about your product.
Further: Your revenue might explode overnight or vanish without much of a trace. It’s hard to tell exactly how the market’s going to change, and if you’re not ready for that uncertainty, you’ll be hit hard when it occurs.
5. High profitability alone won’t make -- or keep -- you rich.
This is an important lesson you might forget in the excitement of becoming an entrepreneur: You still need personal finance skills if you’re going to become or stay rich. Your business might become profitable, earning you hundreds of thousands of dollars a year in recurring salary, but if you blow all that money on cheap trinkets or make lousy investment decisions, you'll probably end up with nothing by the end of your journey.
Regardless of how profitable your business is, getting and staying rich demands careful attention, frugality, smart investments and responsibility.
6. Most wealth is accumulated from multiple sources.
This is another important financial lesson to bear in mind. Even though many entrepreneurs have accumulated a chunk of their wealth through business endeavors, most personal riches are gathered from multiple sources of income.
After earning significant money, most entrepreneurs try to invest a portion of their cash into stocks and bonds, or real estate, or even other startups. They hedge their bets with multiple streams of income -- meaning they’re not just getting rich from the success of one business. Aim to optimize your own income with multiple sources.
Entrepreneurship isn’t always pleasant. In fact, sometimes it’s downright miserable. Not only will your first business probably fail to make you rich, it might even leave you in financial ruin. Still, if you have an exceptional idea and the willingness to keep growing and adapting no matter what’s thrown at you, eventually you’ll find a route to higher revenue.
That great idea of yours may not make you a billionaire, but it should at least earn you a good living and provide you the satisfaction that comes with being a creator and leader.
15 Steps to Take in Your 20s to Become Rich in Your 30s.
You’re never too young to set a course for wealth and success. Whether you’re just launching into your career or working toward your next big break, now is the time to start making your vision a reality.
There’s no foolproof fast pass to becoming rich. But instead of daydreaming about that six-figure (or, even better, seven-figure) income, here’s information you can put to good use. Put these 15 steps into action now, and you’ll be laying the groundwork in your 20s for an overflowing bank account in your 30s.
1. Have a plan of action.
If you want to become wealthy, you’re going to need a plan. You’re going to need a budget that you can stick with for the long haul. The key to any budget is that it’s a plan to help you live below your means and spend mindfully -- which is crucial to accruing wealth.
Sticking with your budget also ensures you’re paying down and eliminating your “bad debt,” especially on high-interest credit cards. Your budget should set aside money for your cash reserve to cover monthly expenses and help you build an emergency fund to cover the unexpected.
2. Maximize your earning potential.
If you want to become wealthy, you’re going to need to focus on making career decisions that will help you earn more money. Finding ways to increase your earnings and bring in more income is fundamental to becoming rich. Is it time you asked for a raise? Are there better-paying career opportunities you should be looking at?
Ask yourself if you would be able to earn more with a degree or credential in your field. What can you do to maximize your earning potential? Also, make sure you’re working hard and giving your all to whatever job you’re doing.
3. Have multiple streams of income.
You’ll never become wealthy on one income. Anyone who is serious about getting rich needs to build multiple income streams. This can include a side hustle or a second or part-time job. Can you offer a service or sell something?
What about starting a home-based business, perhaps in an area you’re already interested in? Do you have an idea for a product you can create, or something you’re passionate about that you can monetize, like selling items on Etsy or another online store? Be creative and think outside of the box.
4. Create passive income.
Residual passive income involves assets that pay you monthly for little to no work, or from work you did once but no longer do. This income is key to automatically generating wealth over time. Some examples include collecting royalties from books you wrote, selling advertising on your blog or website, or selling digital products like e-books, online courses, online workshops or videos.
Dividend-paying stocks can be another form of passive income. Other options include renting a room out of your house, creating an online store or signing up for cash-back shopping apps that offer bonuses for buying things you already buy.
5. Whittle down your living expenses.
To build wealth, you’ll need to live frugally. Most wealthy people don’t drive expensive cars or live in mansions. They keep their living expenses as low as possible so they can use their surplus income to continue investing in wealth-building opportunities.
The more money you have to reinvest, the faster you can accumulate wealth. Ruthlessly cut your expenses on things that don’t serve you. Look for ways to reduce your bills, including your energy bills and your credit card rates. You may even consider getting rid of your vehicle and using carpool options or public transportation.
6. Own your own enterprise.
If you want to become rich by your 30s, you should be looking at wealth-building opportunities that pay off quicker than traditional long-term investments. One of the best ways to do this is to get into the entrepreneurial game and own your own business. Once you own a business, you have unlimited potential to earn, although you also assume more risk.
Owning your own business comes with tax benefits that you don’t get when you’re someone else’s employee. Consider what areas you know best or are interested in learning more about, and look into business opportunities.
7. Plan for the long term.
Starting in your 20s, you should be investing in a retirement plan. If your employer has a matching program for a 401(k) plan, don’t miss out on their generosity by not contributing. If that’s not an option, look into starting a Roth IRA.
It’s crucial to begin saving for retirement early on, so you can take advantage of the magic of compound interest. And you should also be socking some money away into an emergency fund to protect you and prevent you from going into massive debt if the worst happens. By saving for the long term, you’ll ensure you’re building a nest egg to see you beyond your 30s.
8. Take risks.
If you’re serious about becoming rich, you’re going to need to step out of your comfort zone and recognize that the path to success is through uncertainty. Traditional paths, like having a steady job and a fixed check, are safer, but wealth often comes through taking calculated risks. Don’t let fear hold you back. If you dream of something more, learn to embrace different possibilities.
9. Put your financial plan on autopilot.
The easiest way to grow your wealth is to make sure you don’t have to constantly think about your money. To keep things simple, automate your finances. Here’s how it works: when your paycheck comes in, you’ll direct a portion to be automatically transferred into your emergency fund and retirement savings accounts.
You’ll set up recurring payments for all your bills, including credit cards, utilities, tuition and car payments. Then you’ll set up automatic payments into your investment accounts. Make sure you review your automated plan at least once a year, and try to increase your transfers over time.
10. Find good mentors.
The path to success and wealth means navigating risk and challenges -- a tall order for someone in their 20s. Having an experienced mentor on your side will be invaluable. A good mentor can give you advice and be a sounding board when you’re faced with dilemmas or suffering a setback. Most of all, a mentor knows what it’s like to be in your shoes, but can help you see beyond yourself.
11. Cultivate a money mindset.
Your beliefs and attitudes about money influence your ability to achieve and maintain wealth. What is your philosophy when it comes to money? What do you believe about saving money and paying your debts? What kind of lifestyle are you accustomed to?
If you want to become rich in your 30s, you’re going to need to cultivate a money mindset. You have to not only desire financial freedom and be willing to work toward financial success; you have to believe you can become rich and that you deserve it.
12. Invest in yourself.
You are your own best resource. In order to increase your options and discover your best opportunities, you must invest in yourself. That means taking a hard look at your talents, interests and skills, and considering the best ways to maximize your potential.
This may mean spending money and time on your education and working to increase and refine your skills. You’ll need to branch out, broaden your mind and connect with others. You should be gaining experience and looking for valuable opportunities that will help you build your financial foundation.
13. Think big.
Being young and seeing the world through your unique vision gives you an edge; you may be able to see possibilities that others look past. Tap into your creative mind and unleash your ingenuity. See things bigger than yourself.
Your mind is nimble and flexible. Find your own path to greatness and wealth. Know that you’ll likely have some failures along the way -- accept that. Own your mistakes, but also own your successes. And always, always push yourself to keep dreaming.
14. Surround yourself with money-minded friends.
The relationships we build influence us in so many ways. Not only are friendships important to your personal and professional life; there is also a correlation between your friends and your level of wealth. If you want to become rich, you would be wise to befriend people who are wealthy and successful.
Hanging out with other successful people can help you hone a money mindset. And socializing and networking with wealthy, like-minded people has the potential to open doors and help propel you toward your own goals.
15. Give your mind a continual upgrade.
Rich and successful people are voracious readers, always challenging themselves to learn new things. They’re constantly giving their brains a mental upgrade by absorbing new information and gaining knowledge, experience and insight.
Growing wealth takes time, effort and dedication. But continuing to learn and grow will help you adapt to change and make wise long-term financial decisions that ensure you’ll meet your goal of being rich in your 30s.
When I started using pen in my primary school...
When I started using pen in my primary school, and I made a mistake, I would try hard to erase it before submitting to my teacher.
Sometimes, I used chalk to clean my mistake but it later re-appeared.
So I began to use saliva, it worked, but only to leave holes in my books.
My teachers then used to beat me for being outrageously dirty. But all I tried to do was to cover my error.
One day, a kind hearted teacher who loved me so much called me aside and he said, " Anytime you make a mistake, just cross it and move on" .
He said further " Trying to erase your mistakes would only damage your book to nothing.
I told him in protest that I don't want people to see my mistake.
My loving teacher laughed and said " Trying to erase your mistake will make more people know about your mess and the stigma is for life".
Have you made some mistakes in life? Cross it over and move on.
Don't expose yourself as a result of trying to cover your mistakes.
Better things are ahead of you.
Strike out your 2018 mistakes and move into 2019 with a fresh note. .
HAPPY NEW YEAR in advance. God bless you ALL and have a Glorious year 2019.

1. πππππA woman with only a beautiful face is only good for a night, but a woman with a beautiful heart is good for a lifetime. Ladies mind the way you handle and present yourself out there because it speaks so much about who you are. If you treat yourself cheaply, you will attract many useless, fake and irresponsible people (men) around you and if you treat yourself with dignity, you will attract a few sensible and serious people around you.ππππππ

Solomon was wise but he was brought down, by a woman. Samson was strong but he was brought down, by a woman. I, Robert Mugabe, was tough but was brought down by a woman. My advice to you is just be a conscious man, when you fall in love! ππππ
